I invite you to transcribe this recording, with your own pen. Just as you can view a meal prepared for you on a table ready to eat, it does not become a part of you until you engage in a process of ingesting it, slowly, bite by bite. You can listen to this recording, and please do, but if you want accelerated transformation, it must be ingested, and the way for you to accelerate that process so that it becomes a part of you and you it, to become this word in what looks like you, you can choose to. If you transcribe it you can question it, interact with it, and glean and grow from it, then plant it within you to bring forth precious seed and fruit from it, seedbearing crops. At least make notes. Stop the recording often in mid sentence to write, link repeated phrases and those that seem to be speaking of the same thing in different ways. It is in that process that you plant the seeds of these words, so you can birth what the word is.
